Aug 12, 2020 · Local login works fine. Remote worked with old router/modem. Screen Logic hardware is getting a DHCP IP address. Local network is 192.168.0.xxx. Screen Logic configuration wants to set Default Gateway and DNS Server to 192.168.10.1, which will not allow remote access. I set these to 192.168.0.1 and it still does not work for remote log in. I've been a software developer for 30 years. This stuff is junk. For starters it mixes up the pool alias and owner names and I have to keep changing them to fix it. The app does not respond to basic commands like heat temp settings, light on off, are finicky and only work half the time. Double check the speed settings for your intelliflo on your easytouch. Go to settings > intelliflo > pump #1 > speeds. Check your pool speed. Just had a customer last week with the same issue and his pool speed was set to 400 rpms. At this low of a speed it looked like the pump was off. Also check the pumps communication to the panel.
